Section 31.21.01.100 - FURTHER DEFINITIONSAs used in Rules 101 through 109:
01.Applicant. "Applicant" is restricted from its general definition to refer only to applicants for residential or small commercial service, unless further restricted by the rule.02.Customer. "Customer" is restricted from its general definition to refer to a residential or small commercial customer, unless further restricted by the rule.03.Deposit.
