Section 24.33.01.162 - DUTIES OF COLLABORATING PHYSICIANS01.Responsibilities. A collaborating physician is responsible for complying with the requirements set forth in Title 54, Chapter 18 and IDAPA 24.33.02 when collaborating and consulting in the medical services provided by any physician assistant or graduate physician assistant either through a collaborative practice agreement or through the facility bylaws or procedures of any facility with credentialing and privileging systems.Idaho Admin.
