Section 24.02.01.405 - PROVISIONS OF TICKETS WITHOUT CHARGE OR AT REDUCED RATES01.No Fees. Persons who receive tickets pursuant to this section are not liable for the payment of any fees for those tickets.02.Optional Charges. Each promoter may provide tickets without charge or at a reduced rate to:a. Any employees, and if the promoter is a corporation, to a director or officer, who is regularly employed or engaged in promoting such programs, whether or not their duties require them to be admitted to the particular program and whether or not he is on duty at the time of that program;b. A journalist performing their duties as such; andc. A fireman or police officer performing their duties as such.03.Duties Required. Each promoter will perform the following duties in relation to the issuance of complimentary tickets issued: a. Each ticket issued to a journalist will be clearly marked "PRESS." No more tickets may be issued to journalists than will permit comfortable seating in the press area.b. The promoter may allocate seats for the media, subject to the Commission's final approval of the allocation. Seating at the press tables or in the press area will be limited to journalists who are actually covering the contest and to other persons designated by the Commission.c. A list of passes issued to journalists must be submitted to the Commission.d. Only one (1) complimentary ticket may be issued to any one (1) manager, second, combatant, or other person licensed by the Commission.e. The Commission will approve in advance any credential issued by the promoter which allows an admission to the event without a ticket. Requests for the issuance of such credentials must be made at least five (5) hours before the first contest on the program.04.Admission Criteria. Admission of any person who does not hold a ticket or who is not specifically exempted pursuant to this section is grounds for suspension or revocation of the promoter's license or the assessment of a penalty.05.Fees. The Commission will collect all fees and taxes due on any ticket which is not specifically exempt pursuant to this section, and for any person who is admitted without a ticket in violation of this section.Idaho Admin.
