Section 24.02.01.118 - PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS - REVIEW BY COMMISSION01.Penalties General. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Commission may charge a penalty not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for: a. Any violation of the provisions of these rules (IDAPA 24.02.01, "Rules of the State Athletic Commission"); orb. Being late or failing to appear for a weigh-in or contest.02.Later Review.
