Section 24.02.01.116 - JUDGES01.Selection. The Commission will select the judges for the main event in championship events and for any other events which the Commission considers to be special events.02.Protests. If any licensee of the Commission protests the assignment of a judge, the protesting license will be given a hearing by the Commission if time permits. If time does not permit, the matter will be heard by two (2) Commissioners in order to make such disposition of the protest as the facts may justify. Protests not made in a timely manner may be summarily rejected.03.Fees. The Commission will set the fee and reasonable expenses which the judges are entitled to receive for an event.04.Station of Judges. Judges will be stationed ringside at places designated by the Commission.05.Physical Examination. Each judge licensed by the Commission may be required to submit to or provide proof of a complete physical examination, including an eye examination.Idaho Admin. Code r. 24.02.01.116
