Automatic fire sprinkler service tags need to be in a form prescribed by the State Fire Marshal and a new tag installed each time work is performed on the system.02.Control Valve Not Electrically Supervised. If the control valve is not electrically supervised, the service tag will serve as a seal for the valve.03.Electrically Supervised Control Valve.
