Licenses are valid for up to one (1) year and expire on the 31st day of December of each year, regardless of the month issued. Unrestricted licenses may be renewed with proper fee.02.Bids Will Bear License Number. Written bids, proposals and offers, and shop and field installation drawings will bear the FPS Contractor's license number.03.Forms and Fees.
