Section 18.04.03.001 - TITLE AND SCOPE01.Title. IDAPA 18.04.03, "Advertisement of Disability (Accident and Sickness) Insurance."02.Scope. To protect consumers by assuring truthful and adequate disclosure of all material and relevant information in the advertising of accident and sickness insurance, including Medicare supplement accident and sickness insurance and long-term care insurance. This is accomplished by the establishment of, and adherence to, certain minimum standards and guidelines of conduct in the advertising of disability (accident and sickness) insurance in a manner that prevents unfair competition among insurers and promotes an accurate presentation and description to the insurance buying public.Idaho Admin.
