Section 18.01.02.021 - INSURER FEEAn insurer with a certificate of authority will pay the ACF as follows:
01.Surplus is Less Than 10 Million Dollars ($10,000,000). If policy holders' surplus at the preceding December 31 is less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) - One thousand dollars ($1,000).02.Surplus is 10 Million Dollars ($10,000,000) or More. If policy holders' surplus at the preceding December 31 is ten million ($10,000,000) or more, but less than one hundred million ($100,000,000) -- Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).03.Surplus is One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000) or More. If policy holders' surplus at the preceding December 31 is one hundred million ($100,000,000) or greater - Four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).Idaho Admin. Code r. 18.01.02.021
