Section 16.06.12.201 - PROJECTING QUALIFYING ACTIVITY HOURS01.Activity Hours. Activity hours are projected for each month to determine if payment is made on a full-time or part-time basis. Past activity hours may be used to project future activity hours if the employer and number of hours worked are the same and are expected to remain the same throughout the certification period. Hours for each qualifying activity must be projected individually and converted to a monthly amount.01.Weekly Hours. Multiply weekly amounts by four point three (4.3).02.Bi-weekly Hours.
