Section 16.06.05.001 - TITLE, SCOPE, AND PURPOSE01.Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 16.06.05, "Alleged Medical Neglect of Disabled Infants."02.Scope. These rules are established to ensure protection of, and attention to, the needs of infants in health care facilities throughout the state who have been continuously hospitalized since birth, who were born extremely prematurely, or who have a long-term disability.03.Purpose.
