Section 16.06.01.445 - DENTAL CAREEach child age three (3) who is placed in alternate care must receive a dental examination as soon as possible after placement, but not later than ninety (90) days, and thereafter according to a schedule prescribed by the dentist.
01.Costs Paid by Medicaid. If dental care not included in the state medical assistance program is recommended, a request for payment must be submitted to the state Medicaid dental consultant.02.Emergencies.
