If the Department is receiving benefits and the child is returned to the home of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) or relatives for a trial visit, Child Support Services must be notified by a family services worker giving the name and address of the person in order to discontinue accrual of child support owed to the State.02.Return to Foster Care.
