Section 16.04.18.211 - HUMAN RESOURCES NEEDEDAn organization must:
01.Human Resources. Determine, organize, and deploy the human resources needed to provide services subject to these rules and to promote optimum outcomes for persons served.02.Staff. Have an adequate number of qualified administrative staff, supervisor(s), case manager(s), direct care staff, and other staff to perform the prescribed functions required by these rules to provide for the needs, safety, protection, and supervision of children served.Idaho Admin.
