Section 16.03.22.560 - NOTICE OF RESIDENTS' RIGHTSEach facility must:
01.Inform Residents Orally and in Writing. Inform each resident, orally and in writing at the time of admission to the facility, of their legal rights during the stay at the facility.02.Written Statements. Make available to each resident, upon reasonable request, a written statement of such rights and when the rights change the resident is notified.03.Written Description of Rights. Ensure the written description of legal rights in this rule includes a description of the protection of personal funds and a statement that a resident may file a complaint with the Department respecting resident abuse, neglect, and misappropriation of resident property in the facility.04.Posting of Resident Rights. Conspicuously post the residents' rights in the facility at all times.Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.22.560
