Section 16.03.21.403 - HEALTH POLICYEach DDA must develop and implement policies and procedures that:
01.Ensure Personnel are Disease-Free. Describe how the agency will ensure that personnel are free from communicable disease;02.Protect Participants. Describe how the agency will protect participants from exposure to individuals exhibiting symptoms of illness.03.Medication Standards. Implement medication requirements under Section 405 of these rules.04.Address Needs of Participants.
