Section 16.03.18.210 - DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES01.Assessed Premiums. A participant is not assessed premiums during the initial eligibility determination. Obligation for premium payments does not begin for at least sixty (60) days after receipt of application, except for workers with disabilities under these rules.02.Premiums Not Assessed Due to Late Review. A participant cannot be assessed premiums for extra months of eligibility received due solely to the Department's untimely review of continuing eligibility, except for workers with disabilities under these rules.03.No Retroactive Premiums Assessed. A participant cannot be assessed premiums for months of retroactive eligibility.04.Notification of Premiums.
