Provisions of these rules do not apply to ICF/IID facilities owned or operated by the state of Idaho. Reimbursement of such facilities will be governed by the principles set forth in the PRM, with the exception of depreciation. Assets of such facilities need not be depreciated if they have an acquisition or historical cost of less than five thousand dollars ($5,000).
