Section 16.03.10.588 - ICF/IID: PROVIDER REIMBURSEMENT01.Payment Methodology. ICF/IID facilities will be reimbursed in accordance with the methodology listed in Sections 588 through 633 of these rules.02.Date of Discharge. Payment by the Department for the cost of ICF/IID care is to include the date of the participant's discharge only if the discharge occurred after 3 p.m. and is not discharged to a related provider. If a Medicaid patient dies in an ICF/IID, their date of death is covered regardless of the time of occurrence.
