Section 16.03.10.580 - INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES (ICF/IID)

The Department will pay for services in an ICF/IID. An ICF/IID is an intermediate care facility whose primary purpose is to provide habilitative services and maintain optimal health status for individuals with intellectually disabilities or persons with related conditions.

Effective March 17, 2022
