Each participant must apply for and enroll in a cost-effective employer group health plan as a condition of eligibility for Medicaid. Medicaid coverage must not be denied, delayed, or stopped pending the start of a participant's group health insurance coverage. A child entitled to enroll in a group health plan must not be denied Medicaid coverage solely because their caretaker fails to apply for the child's enrollment.02.Medicare Enrollment Requirement.
