Section 16.02.26.251 - PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

To qualify for payment by CSHP, services other than diagnostic/consultative and follow-up/case management must be preauthorized by the CSHP Care Coordinator or designee. A CSHP Authorization Memo, obtained from the District CSHP Care Coordinator, must be issued for any service authorized under CSHP. (3-15-22)
