Section 16.02.24.200 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROPERTY OWNERThe owner of a listed property must meet the requirements under Section 6-2606(2), Idaho Code, and the following:
01.Ensure the Vacancy of the Listed Property. Ensure the property remains vacant until the property is delisted under Subsection 120.02 of these rules; and02.Ensure Cleanup Standards Are Met.a. Ensure property meets the standards in Section 500 of these rules and have the analytical results certified by a qualified industrial hygienist; orb. Ensure the property is demolished, in lieu of clean up, under Section 6-2606, Idaho Code. Demolition and removal of materials must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations; and03.Provide Department With a Written Report Under Section 600 of these Rules.Idaho Admin.
