Section 16.02.13.101 - CERTIFICATION FEES01.Annual Base Fee. All CDWLs must pay an annual base fee of fifty dollars ($50) per discipline and twenty dollars ($20) per analyte per method for which certification is requested. Certification is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.02.Non-Refundable Application Fee. Each new laboratory that is seeking certification or reciprocity must include a non-refundable application fee of two hundred dollars ($200) per discipline with the application.Idaho Admin.
