Section 16.02.10.480 - MUMPS01.Reporting Requirements. Each case of mumps must be reported to the Department or Health District within three (3) working days of identification.02.Investigation. Each reported case of mumps must be investigated to confirm the diagnosis, identify clusters or outbreaks of the infection, identify the source of the infection, and to identify susceptible contacts.03.Restrictions.
