Section 16.01.07.101 - AFFILIATION REQUIRED TO PRACTICE

Licensed EMS personnel must be affiliated with an EMS agency, and only practice under the supervision of the agency medical director as required in IDAPA 16.02.02, "Idaho Emergency Medicaid Services (EMS) Physician Commission."
