01.Program Director. Identify an individual to serve as the program director. The program director may also serve as teaching faculty provided that faculty qualifications are met.02.Teaching Faculty. Identify a sufficient number of teaching faculty who meet the qualifications described below in Subsections 301.02 and 301.03 of these rules.03.Course Physician.
