Any newly acquired EMS response vehicle must be inspected by the EMS Bureau for medical care supplies and devices as specified under Subsection 002.01 of these rules before being put into service, except when the newly acquired vehicle is a replacement vehicle and all equipment and supplies are transferred from the vehicle being taken out of service.
