Section 16.01.03.100 - AGENCY LICENSE REQUIRED

Any organization that advertises or provides ambulance, air medical, or non-transport EMS in Idaho must be licensed as an EMS agency under Sections 56-1011 through 56-1023, Idaho Code, and these rules.
