Section 16.01.02.000 - LEGAL AUTHORITY

Section 56-1023, Idaho Code, authorizes the Board to adopt rules for administration of the Idaho Emergency Medical Services Act. Section 56-1003, Idaho Code, authorizes the Director to supervise and administer an emergency medical services program.
