Administrative leave may be granted by an appointing authority for employee investigations and due process procedures in accordance with Rule 190.02.02.Closure or Inaccessibility. Administrative leave for closure or inaccessibility of a state office/facility due to severe weather, emergencies or incidents that could jeopardize agency operations, or the safety of others.03.Other Reasons.
