Section 15.04.01.129 - ACTING APPOINTMENT TO A POSITION01.Conditions for Acting Appointment. At the discretion of an appointing authority, a classified employee with permanent status may be appointed to a position in a classification of higher pay grade within his own agency in an acting capacity whenever:a. The incumbent of the position in the higher classification is on authorized leave of absence; or02.Minimum Qualifications.
