Section 15.04.01.066 - ABOLISHMENT OF POSITIONS

An appointing authority may abolish a position for reasons of administrative efficiency. Employees to be separated as a result shall have layoff and reemployment preference in accordance with Rules 140 through 147. (3-31-22)
