Section 12.01.08.039 - REPORT OF COMPLETION OF OFFERING01.Completion Statement. Within thirty (30) days of the completion of a registered offering in Idaho, the registrant shall provide a written statement to the Department that states the following:a. The date the offering was completed in Idaho; andb. The number and amount of registered securities sold in Idaho, for SCOR offerings and offerings registered by qualification.02.Signatures.
