Section 11.04.01.817 - COMPLAINTS PERTAINING TO PARI-MUTUEL OPERATIONS01.Compliance Report. When a patron makes a complaint regarding the pari-mutuel department to a racing association, the racing association must immediately issue a compliance report, setting out: a. The name of the complainant;b. The nature of the complaint;c. The name of the persons, if any, against whom the complaint was made;d. The date of the complaint; ande. The action taken or proposed to be taken, if any, by the racing association.02.Submit Complaint to Racing Commission. The racing association must submit every complaint report to the Racing Commission within forty-eight (48) hours after the complaint was made. The Racing Commission will review the complaint and a decision must be issued within seven (7) working days.Idaho Admin. Code r. 11.04.01.817
