Section 11.04.01.675 - STAKE RACE APPLICATIONS01.Stake Race Nomination Applications. Stake race nomination applications must be submitted to the Racing Commission for approval. Rules adopted by the Racing Commission supersede conditions of the race.02.Weights. Weights, or the method of selection of weights, must be listed on the nomination application.03.Purse. Stake nomination applications must indicate the amount of money to be added to the purse by the Racing Association or sponsor, if any.04.No Deductions.
