The official winning horse and any other horse ordered by the Racing Commission or the Board of Stewards must be taken to the testing area to have a blood, urine, saliva, hair, or any other acceptable specimen taken at the direction of the Commission Veterinarian.02.Examination. Examination of the race winner or other designated horses must be made by the Commission Veterinarian or his assistant.03.Specimens.
