Section 11.04.01.368 - PADDOCK JUDGE'S LISTThe paddock judge must maintain a list of horses which may not be entered in a race because of poor or inconsistent behavior in the paddock that endangers the health or safety of other participants in racing.
01.Provide List to Stewards. At the end of each race day, the paddock judge must provide a copy of the List to the stewards.02.Removal from List. To be removed from the paddock judge's List, a horse must be schooled in the paddock and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the paddock judge and one of the stewards that the horse is capable of performing safely in the paddock.Idaho Admin.
