Section 11.04.01.310 - COMPLAINTS AGAINST OFFICIALS01.Complaints Against Racing Official. Any complaint against a racing official other than a steward must be made to the Board of stewards in writing and signed by the complainant. All such complaints must be reported to the Racing Commission by the stewards, together with a report of the action taken or the recommendation of the stewards.02.Complaints Against Stewards. Complaints against any steward must be made in writing to the Racing Commission and signed by the complainant.03.Responsible for Subordinates.
