Section 11.04.01.205 - PROHIBITED PRINTED MATERIALNo unauthorized tip sheet, pamphlet or other printed matter, other than official programs, the Daily Racing Form and general newspapers, are to be sold on the Racing Association grounds.
01.Copies. Copies of all such materials offered for sale in the parking area or elsewhere on or off the grounds of the Racing Association must be furnished daily to the Presiding State Steward, not later than two (2) hours before first post.02.Publishers.
