01.Each Owner Represented. A separate authorized agent form must be filed for each owner represented.02.Written Instrument. A written instrument signed by the owner before a notary public must accompany the application and clearly set forth the delegated powers of the authorized agent.03.Power of Attorney. If the written instrument is a power of attorney, it must be filed with the Racing Commission and attached to the regular application form.04.Changes. Any changes must be made in writing and filed with the Racing Commission as described in Subsection 043.01 of these rules.05.Termination. The authorized agent's appointment may be terminated by the owner, in writing, acknowledged before a notary public and filed with the Racing Commission whereupon the license is no longer valid.Idaho Admin.
