The Department will only accept records requests sent via e-mail to records_requests@labor.idaho.gov, unless an alternate method of transmittal is necessary to comply with applicable law or the request is for employment security information. Records requests sent to any other Department electronic mail address will not be accepted. A person making a records request must include the requestor's name, mailing address, and telephone number. If the request is for employment security information, the person may be required to provide identification to the Department. For security reasons, the Department will not disclose employment security information via electronic mail.
