Pursuant to Section 20-101D, Idaho Code, the Director may withdraw an award of meritorious conduct reduction at their discretion based on serious misconduct, escape, or commission of a new crime. An offender shall be entitled to a hearing prior to any withdrawal of an award of meritorious conduct reduction. Nothing herein shall create any right or entitlement to receive a meritorious conduct reduction of sentence.
