Section 04.12.01.549 - TERMINATION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

If a party to a cooperative agreement terminates its participation in the cooperative agreement, the party shall file a notice of termination with the Office of the Attorney General within thirty (30) days after the termination takes effect. If all parties to the cooperative agreement terminate their participation in the agreement, the Attorney General shall revoke the certificate of public advantage for the agreement. (3-31-22)
