Section 04.12.01.543 - ATTORNEY GENERAL'S REVIEW OF PRELIMINARY ORDER DISCRETIONARY

The Attorney General's review of a preliminary order is discretionary. The Attorney General will not review a preliminary order without the applicant's written waiver of the sixty (60) day limit for deciding an application. (3-31-22)
