Section 04.12.01.411 - HEARING OFFICERS CONTRASTED WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL

The Attorney General is not a hearing officer, even if the Attorney General presides at a contested case. The term "hearing officer" as used in these rules refers only to presiding officers other than the Attorney General. (3-31-22)
