Section 04.11.01.250 - PROTESTS - DEFINED - FORM AND CONTENTS
01.Protests Defined. All pleadings opposing an application or claim or appeal as a matter of right are called "protests." (3-31-22)
02.Form and Contents. Protests should: (3-31-22)
a. Fully state the facts upon which they are based, including the protestant's claim of right to oppose the application or claim; (3-31-22)
b. Refer to the particular provisions of statute, rule, order or other controlling law upon which they are based; and (3-31-22)
c. State any proposed limitation (or the denial) of any right, license, award or authority sought in the application. (3-31-22)
