Section 04.11.01.564 - BRIEFS - MEMORANDA - PROPOSED ORDERS OF THE PARTIES - STATEMENTS OF POSITION - PROPOSED ORDER OF THE PRESIDING OFFICER

In any contested case, any party may ask to file briefs, memoranda, proposed orders of the parties, or statements of position, and the presiding officer may request briefs, proposed orders of the parties, or statements of position. The presiding officer may issue a proposed order of the officer and ask the parties for comment upon the officer's proposed order. (3-31-22)
