Section 04.11.01.157 - RIGHTS OF PARTIES AND OF AGENCY STAFF

Subject to Rules 558, 560, and 600, all parties and agency staff may appear at hearing or argument, introduce evidence, examine witnesses, make and argue motions, state positions, and otherwise fully participate in hearings or arguments. (3-31-22)
