Section 04.11.01.400 - FORM AND CONTENTS OF PETITION FOR DECLARATORY RULINGSAny person petitioning for a declaratory ruling on the applicability of a statute, rule or order administered by the agency must substantially comply with this rule. (3-31-22)
01.Form. The petition shall: (3-31-22)a. Identify the petitioner and state the petitioner's interest in the matter; (3-31-22)b. State the declaratory ruling that the petitioner seeks; and (3-31-22)c. Indicate the statute, order, rule, or other controlling law, and the factual allegations upon which the petitioner relies to support the petition. (3-31-22)02.Legal Assertions.
